Forearm Fulcrum is made to improve the correct hand positioning while swimming. Makes the palm, wrist and forearm optimally firm - doesn't let the wrist to bend too much (puts your hand to the wrong position) and keeps the elbow ''high'' to let the hands to make maximally effective and long hand stroke.
