USAGE
One gel provides approximately 30 g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose. Consume 1–2 gels per hour of physical activity, up to a maximum of 8 gels per day. This product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. After opening, keep the gel refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
