It may contain traces of gluten, eggs, soy, milk, sesame, and grains containing nuts.
HOW TO USE
Consume 1 dose (2-3 measuring cups) of a refreshment drink immediately after sporting for up to 30 minutes. The shelf life of the finished beverage is up to 24 hours.
