USING

For long-term exercises or races, swallow one capsule at a time at intervals of 30-60 minutes with a little water. The contents can also be dissolved in liquid. During prolonged physical exertion, up to a maximum of 15 capsules per day.

Using the Saltolyte salt capsules, do not exceed the recommended maximum intake (15 capsules per day). Saltolyte salt capsules are food supplements and should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied everyday nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. The included moisture-resistant packaging is made only for storing the salt capsules. Keep the Saltolyte salt capsules out of reach of the children, in a cool and dry place and always make sure that the packaging is closed tightly before storing.
